We offer tailored qualitative and quantitative solutions, using traditional techniques such as focus groups, depth interviews, accompanied missions, exit interviews , mystery shopping, hall tests and telephone research, as well as more innovative research solutions and bespoke hybrid techniques such as, ethnography, online focus groups and online communities.

We have also developed an innovative Shopper Insight Film technique to provide a greater depth of understanding of shopper behaviour, in a less-influenced and therefore more realistic environment.
